Hotwire They took my money out of my account for a rental car i never checked the box that said Airline Tickets or Hotel only car rental. Then when i printed out the confirmation it said i could not rent the Internet

I went on line to Hotwire.com to get a rental car and Alamo had the best rates so I used my debit card to get the rental and confirmation number. Then when I called Alamo they said they could not rent me a car because I did not have an airline ticket for traveling purposes and that is there policy and that Hotwire does this to so many people. I told Alamo that I never checked the box for a Hotel or Airline only car rental and she said that Hotwire is terrible to work with and they have done this to alot of people and that I would have to be dead to get my money back and she was sorry she couldn't help me but wished someone would ge a lawyer and take them to court. She told me to wait until I can show I never got a car from Alamo and file a claim against them. I don't want this to happen to anyone else so before they get anything from Hotwire I hope they check out the Better Business Bureau so they are safe from scandal. It does show in small print and that is what Alamo told me they make it small and that Hotwire's policy is no refunds ever and when I called Hotwire and told them that I was just traveling to Texas and would only have gas receipts to show I was traveling they told me they were on able to help me so I have no renta car nor my money back. That is why Alamo told me to file the complaint because it was not right that I do not get a car nor my money back. I have since went to my back and filed a dispute against the charge from Hotwire.com.
