I have purchased from this company on numerous occasions. Unfortunately with last two purchases items were missing in each order.  I have contacted House of Beauty through multiple emails and phone calls. To date I have still not received my missing items. I am getting the run around and am being told to be patient. I have not even been offered my money back. at this point I am frustrated and don't know where to go from here.

House of Beauty World, Pennsylvania; BBB of Pennsylvania, Attorney General of PA Sent me wrong color wig, I returned it. They said they did not take returns, the box was destroyed when I got it, and they said the wig smells. I had it sitting on my table waiting for a return label from them which never came, so I sent it back. Now they want to charge me for again returning a wig in the wrong color I did not order. They basically want me to accept a color I did not order and shove it down my throat! Pittsburg Internet

House of beauty is a thieves and a rip off I order some products they send it to someone in Florida and send that person product to me and want me to pay for postage to return the items in order for me to received my order, I call 6 times they scream, and. Curse at me even hang up the phone on me every time I call ,I send email I leave numerous message asking for them to send the return label, but no one response back to me,I am so fed up with them at this point I do not even want the order anymore I just need a refund they are such a scam artist Pa Internet
