I called to get some information on bridal gowns for my daughter. We had the selections narrowed down to 3. When I called and asked questions, about 2 of the designers, the customer service rep. started getting very defensive and nasty. All I wanted to know was if possibly 2 designers were somehow the same company? She kept yelling at me "the 2 designers are not the same company and they are not related" When I asked her why she was getting so defensive about questions regarding designers, she HUNG UP. Turns out after doing some internet investigation on my own, the 2 companies are in fact either one and the same or sister companies.

I would have ordered a gown from them, possibly two, as I have 2 daughters getting married, and their respective bridesmaids,  however that incident prompted some further inquiries about this company. Probably, saved myself and 2 brides from disaster from what I've read.
