Household Mortgage ripoff, predatory lending, example of corporate greed, liers Brandon Florida

Had problems with Household stating they haven't recieved payments back in 2002. I had some receipts (M.O. orders)but one I could not retrieve, but I know I paid the liers. Since then my statements of late pay and penalties increase and of course I received the badgering phone calls of possible foreclosures and etc..

Since then I have filed a chapter 13 and when the chapter 13th division contacted Household they reported that I owed almost twice the amount they where asking me for and now my interest rate is a whopping 15.5%, making my house payment $1600+ a month not including home insurance and property taxes. With that type of payment I should be in a $300,000 home.

The Bankruptcies did or could not contest on my behalf of the amount they reported. I wrote to the FTC and ACORN for assistance and a investigation on Household Mortgage. The gap between the rich and the poor is getting larger and this is just one of many ways this is happening. People really need to ban together and head toward D.C. and protest and against corporate practices of predatory lending or write to the FTC online.

FTC will not proceed with investigation from just one individual but if they recieve numerous complaints that would pushed the button to proceed. I pray that all us will one day get our status of credit, interest rates and bill paying on a fair and managable level.
