Household Retaioth Natulis: financing company HRS-USA Rip-off

This company has a complete lack of disregard for intelligence of the general public. They are send billing information on the day the bill is due with lated charges already included in the billing. Remember that the interest rate is already @ 21% so this $25.00 late charge when accure interest. I have called them they have no record of any phone calls also the advertisement on television does not mention the interest rate for purchase of the bed.

They also advertise for the Bowflex, beware very aware they are ripping consumers off with the high interest fess and late charges. My guess is they are also making money by sending the bill one day before its due or on the day its due so that they can receive $10.00 fee for a payment over the phone. My goal is to pay off $1239.00 (this is the amount of the bed in June and still is the current amount due where are my payments going to late charge)by March or April of 2002 and never buy anything advertised on television again.

Please don't allow this company to continue to rip off the public. If you need a credit that bad don't sign up with Household Retail Services or with Capital One. Capital One that another long story. Pay Cash..............P.S.: I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to the State Attorney General Office.
