I WAS CALLED TO MAKE A LATE PAYMENT OF 20.00 IN APRILL OF 2003. A LATE PAYMENT ON AN ACCOUNT I NEVER KNEW EXISTED, MUCH LESS EVER MADE A PAYMENT TO. NONETHELESS, I HAD A BALANCE OF ALMOST 300$! I ALSO HAVE A SIMILAR CASE WITH MY TEXACO CARD ACCOUNT.
