www.houseofbeauty.ca is a scam. i had ordered a product from him and paid for express ground shipping. i waited over a week my order did not arrive so i had called the 2 numbers he had on company info both are out of service and also the email he had on file both still out of service. so i went to the actual address on 3427 derry rd e malton ontario and the location is closed down an is now a barber shop and a dollar store. i had went into the barber shop spoke to the people inside and they had told me he had sold them the location almost 2 years ago. they gave me his number to call him and it was different to the one online it was a cell number. i had called it after 2 rings no answer. i went to the dollar store talked to the owner there and he told me the same thing they obviously knew him but didnt want to get involved in his troubles , so i had to go a different route. i went to the police station and told them what had happend . they went online to houseofbeaty.ca and they knew from then  it was a bogus site. they called MR.forbes and told him that they knew it was a scam and that they will be investigating him. he kept going around in circles, i had spoke to him in the police station and his said he didnt have no money from me and i had proof i had a recipt and my bank statement to proove it so he said he would refund my money throught email. i wait for another day no money was deposited. so i had a messaging war with him later on that afternooon and told him that the bank investigated him and i will be bringing him to court because no one will be taking my hard earned money like that and get away with it. so after the back in forth i told him i recieved his name address  and all of his information come to find out he lives a 10 minute drive away from me how ironic. after that was said and done he finally refunded my money into my account. because i seen alot of people that had left reviews stateing they ordered and never got there money so if he has done this to you go straight to the police and give them his information and he will quickly refund you money, this man needs to be caught and his website shut down. oh and i also found out hes running this site from his basement , really???,  people these days . then he has the odassity to call me broke because i want my $40 back , i said no ur not getting away with my money like u did to other people im sorry, if theres any way to shut this guy down please let me know i dont want anyone else getting scamed and having to go through the trouble that i had to go throught thanks. chao
