"STAY AWAY FROM THESE DEFECTIVE REFILLED INK CARTRIDGES!!!
I ordered 1 HP C15 refilled cartridge which was about $7 with free shipping.
I opened it and it dripped ink all over hell. SO BEWARE!   I emailed them and they had me return it with their mailing label and  replaced it with another one that worked. It was a trip to the post office however.  I ordered another 1 to have
on hand and the first one ran out after about 50 pages printed.  So it worked but barely printed until it was out of ink.   The 2nd one arrived and so I opened it over the garbage this time and d**n if it didn't keep dripping again once I took off the strip of tape.  Atleast this time I didn't have ink all over to clean up, so I emailed them and they again said to return it to them with their prepaid label and they would send me another replacement.   Another trip to the post office to wait in line!
And guess what?  The 2nd replacement also drips! All I did was open the padded envelop, open the box, cut open the plastic, take the cartridge out of the holder and pull off the strip of tape.  There ain't anything else to do.  And once the strip of tape comes off, it just starts dripping and dripping so of course I can't even attempt to put it into my printer.
In the meantime I ordered 2 more refilled cartridges from another company, got them, and they both work fine, and I got 2 for under $10 with the shipping.  So the price sucks and so does their quality!
So then I emailed house of inks and said the replacement also leaks just refund my money!  Because I said refund my money, now I have to pay to return the defective 2nd cartridge with a delivery confirmation before they will refund my money.
I sent a dispute to paypal and they House of inks replied to them that I have to pay to mail back the defective cartridge on my own dime and also show delivery confirmation. I paid $6.36 for the cartridge so the shipping now will eat up most of that.  But not too worry, because I am getting a refund, so I will pay to get it back to them and they will give me my
$6.36 back with this review.
When I  checked on line to see what the problem is with a dripping refilled  cartridge, I see it says it was filled too fast.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THEY SAY IT IS FREE SHIPPING BUT WHEN THEY SEND YOU BULL s**t THAT DOESN'T WORK YOU END UP PAYING FOR shipping their CRAP back to them. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM HOUSE OF INKS"  NO Quality here!
