HouseValues Ripoff Dishonest Bait and Switch CONSUMER BEWARE!! Kirkland Washington

Agents Beware! I write this to all fellow real estate agents. What ever you do, do not get suckered into the Housevaluse trap. They do not deliver what they promise or agree to. I am a top producing Re/Max agent and I have been ripped off! These people called me constantly for a year. Finally I agreed to talk with them. Before I did, I made a list of questions to ask them and get answers to before I signed up. I have used other lead systems in the past and not had any problems.

They flat out lie, do not deliver the leads they agreed to deliver and then when you want to cancel, they threaten to send you to collections if you do not pay 50% of the remainder of your contract. My biggest complaint is, why should I pay them when they are not fulfilling their end of the contract. I was suppose to be receiving 12 qualified leads a month in a specific city. The sales girl told me that they qualify all leads before sending them out so we do not have to waste our time qualifying leads. This is false. No one qualifies anything. I have only been receiveing about 4 leads a month in cities that are 30 miles away. They are nothing more than a bait and switch company. I would love to join a class action law suit to put these people out of business. Please contact me with any information regarding a class action law suit.
