This company charged me over $300 per month for "Area code leads", they guaranteed that you would received at least 7 leads per month, and I could have purchased a much less expensive area code, as the "Leads " I received were WAY out of the area I had purchased, and the 3 leads from the actual zip code I purchased, were made up. There were fake address given to me. I NEVER received 1 legitamat4 lead from them. So, I called and complained, and they said "Too BAD". They did not Gaurantee I could convert the "Leads" . They had me sign a document telling me that I owned that area, so House Value.com could not sell that area to another Realtor. I read the beginning, and I assumed that if I did not received the PROMISED leads from MY AREA code, that they would cancel the contract, as THEY DID not hold up their end of the contract. Subsequently, They had been so used to people stopping their payments, they already had a collection agency busy making calls. They stopped sending me "leads", yet made me pay for the entire year. Whatever you do, do not believe this company.. They should be sued.... I am not sure why I paid them off, perhaps it was the 50 phone calls threatening me each day.... NICE company, huh?
