Housing Mortgage Consultants, Inc. William (Bill) McCaffrey Predatory Scam Artist, Empty Promises of Securitization Audit Report, Refused To Refund $875 For Not Delivering Promised Report Scottsdale Arizona

William McCaffrey,Managing Partner of Housing Mortgage Consultants, Inc. is a complete and total Ripoff Artist! He preys on homeowners who are trying to protect their homes from predatory financial institutions that are conducting illegal and fraudulent foreclosures. After speaking with him directly to obtain an expedited Securization Audit Report, we deposited $875 cash directly into his Wells Fargo account on 10/09/14. He stated he would deliver our report per UPS within the week. We were going to court on November 20 (Ample time for him to produce said audit!) On November 5 he apologized for the delay and stated the report had been shipped. Item was never received. After repeated emails & phone calls, we never heard from him again.

On 2/23/2015 I called Bill McCaffrey from a different phone number requesting information on a Securitization Audit. He called my phone 4 different times that day. When I finally answered, I asked him what guarantee he offered as security in case he didn't deliver said Audit. He stated, "No one has ever asked me that before." I told him the reason I was asking was because my husband had paid him for a Report we had never received. Bill stated "That's just not how we do business". He said the "Package had been sent VIA UPS on November 5. I requested Proof of Mailing, or Tracking information so we could find out why it was never delivered. He didn't have that information. Bill promised to call me the next day with information on the report. No phone call was received.

On 2/27/2015 I called William McCaffrey and requested a full refund due to non delivery of said goods. No refund or correspondence has ever been received as of this date, 3/11/2015.
