Steve Howe, General Manager of the Downtown Aquarium, Houston, Texas lied to the Human Resources Department of Landry’s Corporation about the circumstances of my termination. Steve lied when he said I Swore as I left his office. It Did Not Happen!

I Will file a Wrongful Termination lawsuit against the Landry’s Corporation and two other employees have asked to join with me, making it a Class Action Suit. I suspect others will follow.

Less than a week after I reported to my Supervisor, Alan Barnes that corroded gas cylinders in the Maintenance Shop posed a danger to employees. The maintenance shop shares a building with 50 tons of Red Sea Salt and a 60 thousand gallon saltwater shark tank. Alan created a story that I had been Insubordinate of his instructions to me. He forced me to sign a Coach and Council form with a threat of termination. Days later I was terminated for using profanity to an unidentified employee.
