I bought a Vehicle from Houtex Auto Group, dealers name is Ryan Nowroozi, he has failed to deliver the vehicle title. It is 10/09/09 and delivery was to be sent on 9/30/09. Payment for the Vehicle was 09/24/09. Still No Title for vehicle.
After many attempts of trying to reach this auto group, I am still not able to get a response.
Buyer beware: Houtex Auto Group of New Caney TX (AKA: Ryan Nowroozi, Allen G. Shelton or Christine Shelton) is a scam and will not honor thier contracts.

Recieved Title for Truck

On November 20, 2009, I did recieve the Title for this truck. I purchased the truck in September 2009.

The vehicle is in my possesion. However, I still do not have a title, cannot legally drive it or license it and I found out some more information...the odometer has been tampered with and under federal law a written statement needs to accompany the vehicle transfer indicating as much.

I'll never be able to understand what is happening in someone's brain whn they do something as STUPID as buying used car, sight unseen from somebody they don't know. For that matter, a car they don't even know exists! They freely send off their money and when something goes wrong, they cry and whine about how terrible it was for them to be scammed...when they helped the scammer!
It is absolutely incredible!
