How2Vacation.com Communications blackout Internet, Florida

How2Vacation.com is a web site that purportedly promotes tours by tour operators. After signing up for a trial period, I found I could not upload most of my tours because, I was told, they were in the process of working on a new web site. After a couple of months, the new web site finally went online and my tours did appear. However, I was promised but never received any statistics indicating how many clicks my tours received from their site. After a while, neither the salesman, Sean Murphy or rep Debbie Solomon, everresponded to repeated messages. Very weird, really. Bottom line, I never got a single referral from this source and it was a waste of time to create the tour offers on their system with no results. However, I wouldn't hold that against them, as you take your changes when you advertise. What is so unprofessional is the lack of any response. Any legitimate business that wanted the client to continue with them would certainly return an email or phone message. You think?
