Howard Construction Howard Cummins Howard Construction was to supply a proposal for work on several projects. After meeting with Howard and making numerous phone calls to both his cell and his office regarding the proposals not a single call or email was returned. When I did reach the office or Mr. Howard he was professional and said he was busy and would get the proposals to me within 2 days. Over the course of several phone calls it has not been weeks and months and nothing yet. I would hesitate before doing business with this firm. Orange Park Florida

 I met with Howard Cummins on several projects I was needing bids on.  He came to both sites and toured with me.  He promised proposals with in a week to 10 days.  Days and weeks went by with no communiation.  I have made over 10 calls to both Mr. Cummins cell and his office.  When I was able to reach the office they said they would have him call.  I never received one call back.  When I reached Mr. Cummins on his cell he did apologize saying he had been busy and promised to get the proposals out within days.  It has been weeks and months since and to date I have not recieved one call, not one on my proposals.  I would be very hesitant to do business with this company.
