Howard Kim is a licensed Nevada attorney along with his partners in crime Attorney's Jacqueine A. Gilbert & Diane S. Cline. One would only hope that by now the FBI is watching this group of thieves. This group is renting out over 680 properties all fraudulently. They claim to be representing SFR investments pool 1. LLC, but in reality they are SFR. They use their manager Chris Hardin to attend these HOA auctions that are illegal, to purchase homes from corrupt attorneys that have no legal rights to be selling bank owed properties. Chris enters the auction with Howards Kims money and buys hundreds ofthese homes. Howard knows he is not suppose to be doing this becuase it is illegal. These  homes still have 1st deed's of trust under some poor person's social security number.

These attorneys spend all day in court fighting for the SFR cases knowing that they wont win on their ridiculous quiet title law suits. These people need to spend the next 30 years behind bars for what they have done to defraud people. They are so bad that they rent out these properties they steal, back to the same individuals they have defrauded. Mainly pick on lower income people with little education to defend themselves. These attorneys need to be investigated, please send your coplaint to the NEVADA BAR AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. These people have campained using corrupt money's in order to make people believe that an HOA LIEN can wipe away a first deed of mortgage that is ridiculous. 

These people laugh all the way to the bank with all the rent money knowing the banks are fighting for their properties, Howard is one of many attorneys conducting these same practices, they just don't when to stop taking homes and having their puppet Chris Hardin take the fall, Chris will be the first to rat them out to the FBI when they come asking questions.

I am a rentor in one of their properties and they don't accept checks only money orders and they didnt even ask me for a deposit, it is becuase this home I am in belongs to Wells Fargo and the bank has now come to my door asking me what I was doing living here. 

The homeowners association are corrupt especially the president, he asked me if I purchased the home, I know he is aware that SFR (Howrd Kim) is the owner on paper, he is getting some kind of under the table money. Las Vegas is so corrupt I know others renting from SFR and they all know the one behind all this corruption is attorney KIM HOWARD, he is the only one that can fight all this in court with a true purpose, at the end he is extracting rents until the true owners, the banks come for the properties he has stole.
