HP HEWLETT PACKART HP LAPTOP BOUGHT A HP LAPTOP G60 324 CA and it did not last 1 hour past warranty and it died, HP Said I had to pay to fix it, this is a tota scam a $ 1000 laptop that is a peice of junk, DO NOT BUY HP LAPTOP or Internet

I bought a HP G60 324 LAPTOP and it did not last 1 hour paste its warranty date, do NOT BUY a HP LAPTOP Computer or you risk lossing your money, I called HP and they told me they would not fix my computer and told me I had to pay to get it fixed, this is a big rip off, a computer only lasting 11 - 12 months and I never use it maybe 6 hours per week. HP is a rip off, HP RIP OFF

Let me understand your complaint - you purchased a laptop computer, one of the most easily damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen pieces of equipment on the planet, did NOT purchase an extended warranty (EVERY retailer sells them - in fact, some are downright pushy about them) and you blame the company for not providing you free service beyond the warranty period? Is that about right?


Any time you buy a computer you are at risk of losing everything. It is the nature of computers AND users. It is also part of the reason the warranty is limited. You could go online and download a virus within the first hour of owning a computer. How many hours a week you used your computer is completely irrelevant.


There is not a manufacturer out there who will honor their warranty BEYOND the stated warranty period. They would lose money hand over fist if they did.


You paid for a computer with a stated warranty period. You received the computer and the full warranty. The fact that you did not get anything extra is not a rip off.


You were not ripped off. This is not "Bash The Company Report." HP should sue you for your attempt to besmirch their good name with this nonsense.
