Doctors and skin care spas beware!! Do not make a $50,000 purchase or you may very well be sorry. HPT Technologies sold an RF-250 machine to our practice which quit working in short order. They will not honor the warranty.
The company claims that lotion was spilled on the outside of the machine, which then 'ingressed' and damaged the internal circuit boards of the machine. In fact, lotion was never spilled on the machine - and when their representative viewed the machine he commented that ours was the cleanest machine he had ever seen.
Buy from this supplier at your own risk. Although the technology works well, they build a flimsy machine that will not stand up to serious usage. When the machine (which costs $50,000) breaks - and it will - HPT/High Profile Technologies will not honor the warranty.

Our disagreement with HPT was a simple communication failure. After discussing our situation further, the company took care of business in a very prompt manner. A replacement machine was shipped over night and we are back up and running. From our standpoint we couldn't be happier. The RF-250 is a remarkable technological marvel that delivers results far superior to anything seen in the last 20 years. We love ours - as do our patients and would absolutely do business with HPT Technologies again. We highly recommend the equipment they sell. If you want happy patients get and ThermaCell machine...

To all whom this can concern,
The customer who has wrote this report against us 'HPT Technologies INC' has given all the facts.
Not only was the warranty contract held on our side, a BRAND NEW unit was shipped directly to them.
The RF:250 radio frequency device is neither flimsy nor built to break as is being implied. The equipment is built with a single piece metal chasis which runs from top to bottom which houses high quality components etc.
'HPT Technologies INC' cannot be held liable for customer negligence. As for the condition of the equipment, it was greasy, scratched, dinged & scuffed. This is not commonplace for equipment which does cost this amount of money.
