On 2/3/09, I called an HR representative regarding a home that was listed locally. I was given the sales pitch regarding the $1.95 initial charge to access the company's website for 7 days...and the ongoing membersip charge of $49.95 which could be cancelled at anytime by calling customer service @ (888)849-9965. I never did receive the promised e-mail with my access information. I started calling HR National customer service yesterday and have not been able to speak with anyone. I was on hold for nearly an hour and then "disconnected". This morning I finally got through and was told my account was pending an there was no way to cancel the transaction. I was told to call back on Monday which will be my 7th day. WHAT A RIPOFF!! Stay clear of HR National!!
