I was contacted by Priceless Automotives after applying online for an auto loan. The woman who contacted me was very nice, so I went there and met the owner Henry and financing manager Dana Curry. I had my fiancé with me who is a Veteran and both Henry and Dana talked with him about their experiences of serving in the military. They said "We have a deep respect for fellow Veterans". I also introduced them to my disabled 3 year-old-daughter. I spent hours getting to know them and explained to them that I was the sole financial supporter of my family; my Veteran fiancé, my disabled 3-year-old daughter and my 18 year-old stepson who joined the Marines and will go to basic training after graduating high school this year. They were all very nice.... at first

I looked at two Nissans and choose one of them, I was told at the last minute that the bank would not finance me for a Nissan because it wasn't a "hot car". They had me take a Ford Fusion instead. I was so tired at this point and in desperate need of a vehicle, so I agreed.

I was laid off and called to let Dana know. He told me to bring the car back and see if I could get my parents to sign for a car for me. My parents agreed and we went up the next day. They signed the loan documents and we had the car.

Dana calls almost a week later saying that something happened with the financing and I need to bring the car back. He explained that he is the new owner of Priceless Automotives and that Henry is moving to FL. He says that something fraudulent happened to the account where the bank was supposed to fund the loan and now it cannot be funded. He tries to convince me that I need get an auto loan from his friend who owns another dealership. He goes on to say that the car he sold me and my parents actually didn't belong to him, but to this friend of his with another auto dealership. I told him that I did not feel comfortable and had no interest in going to his friend's car lot. I told him I was bringing the car back as he requested. I sent him an email letting him know that I was going to bring the car back and wanted him to confirm that he would be refunding my down payment. As soon as I sent the email, he called me and said that I would have my down payment money refunded when I got there.

I had my older sister follow me, so I would have a ride home. I cleaned out the car and put my daughter's car seat into my sister's van. I put my daughter in the passenger's seat next to my sister where she was eating snacks with my older sister and I went inside. I gave Dana the keys and then asked him for my down payment back. He became irate. He told me "You are not getting your money back!" I was understandably very upset and asked him "why?" He said "You had two of my cars for two weeks!" I told him that was not a valid reason to steal my down payment funds. He became more aggressive and I picked up the phone to call the police. He started coming towards me and said "I am friends with all of the police around here and they aren't going to do s**t!"

As he started to menacingly come towards me, I left the showroom and went to the parking lot to get my daughter strapped into her car seat. As I am strapping my daughter in, Dana followed me outside and started screaming at me in front of my daughter "You fat b***h! Next time you need a car, have more money! You fat b***h!" He screamed a lot of other unpleasant and vulgar things (in front of my daughter) and I screamed back "You know my situation, how can you steal money from me and my family?" His reply was "You fat b***h!" I have never seen a human being let alone a business owner act in such a deplorable manner. To steal my money and then insult me in front of my child. It was the most despicable thing I have ever witnessed.

I immediately contacted my debit card company to disput the charge and then when I got home, I called the police and filed a report. I then called Henry and told him what Dana had done to me. Henry was shocked and asked me to call him tomorrow. So, we will see how this works out.

I wanted to warn everyone about this monster who seems very nice and then physically intimidates and verbally abuses a mom in front of her child to steal their money. Most disgusting human being I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with!

My down payment may not be a lot of money to some people, but it was the only money my family had. I don't have the money to pay for a lawyer and Dana knew it. He told me that there was nothing I could do about him stealing my money, but there is something I can do. I can scream from the rooftops that this man stole money from a family of a fellow Veteran, a disabled toddler and teenage son entering the military whose sole supporter lost her job due to layoffs. It was sick and greedy. Dana Curry is a SCUM BAG and now he is EXPOSED!

Typical lies of those that feel entitled

AUTHOR: steelfan77 - ()

POSTED: Thursday, March 02, 2017

First thing is for some reason people these days feel entitled to everything. This lady is delusional and the police agree. She didn't responded for a day with the car and we had to send out repo people to try to get the vehicle back. That is a cost and if someone has their own business they would understand. As far as having a child with a disability, that very unfortunate but someone shouldn't use that in every sentence with every person for pity. She made the same statement with the owner, the manager, and the officer that she made a story up with that's far from the truth. This lady came into the store demanding her money, claimed she didn't have any time to talk to anyone and refused to give the keys to a vehicle she didn't own because the process wasn't complete. She made and atempt to call the police and was informed that she needed to leave the property due to her vulgar language and behavior on private property. She then threw keys at the manager and starting shouting vulgar language and racial slurs as well in front of her child that she always uses as a reason for her bad behavior. We can't please everyone and for some reason credit challenged people feel that everyone should stop their lives to fix theirs when all the have to do is fix things and handle them selves like adults.
