HRS USA make it difficult to pay your bill with them at all, never mind on time.

In this modern age there is no way to pay them on-line and to pay over the phone costs a huge $10 fee. They send their statement to you but by the time you receive it and mail your check (the only possible way of paying), it's already past due and guess what...that incurs a $29 fee. They won't refund any fees to you but they'll glady report you to the credit agencies and record your defaults.

I'm surprised that large companies such as Best Buy do business with them as the bad rapport that HRS USA has with their customers also rubs off on the original company.

I was way overdue with them a few months ago and had to put some major bucks into the account and get one month in advance on my payments just to avoid the continual late fees. After the account being open now for almost a year, I can report that I owe just $30 less than my original loan amount, despite putting about $100 a month into the account for the last 6 months or so.

This company is definitely one to be avoided at all costs
