HRS USA rip-off

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

HRS USA has been charging me with bogus late payments. There customer service people, after keeping you on hold for 30 mins, tell you that you must mail you payment 7-10 days before the due date to avaoid the late charge. But I don't get the bill until 7 day before the due date. Also the customer service people will tell you that they can only correct these charges once in a 12 month period and they obstruct there customer from talking to someone that can resolve any problems. They are without doubt an organization that you shouls avoid at all costs. When are the politicians going to protect us from companies like this.
