The $39 fee goes to the bank to help their company. Bullshit.

They also have on their new application process a $39. fee. It sounds too confusion with process and annual fee.

They have agreed to take the fee off and I told them to fax me a letter with the girls signature on it for proof. They keep sending me solicitations in the mail. I asked for the owner and hes in London.

The $39 fee goes to the bank to help their company. Bullshit.
