HolzHauerHSBC Bank Nevada-RAISE INTEREST RATE-ILLEGALLY Raised my interest rate to 2% higher than it was suppose to be. Ripoff Carol Stream Illinois

ON March 15, 2005 i purchased a Yamaha 4 Wheeler from Holzhauer's Pro Motors Sports. I have all the paperwork and contracts that was given to me on that day. My paperwork speciffiacly says that my interest rate would be reduced to 4.9% for the first 24 months and then jump to 10.99% until that balance was paid off. At the end of the 24 month period i still owed some on this account. Instead of moving my intrerest rate from 4.9% to 10.99% they moved it from 4.9% to 12.99%. This is not what my contract says. I have not defaulted on any payments and have always paid ahead of the due date and more than the minumim payment. I have contacted HSBC and they informed me that it has to be 12.99% instead of 10.99% because they dont offer that plan anymore and i would have to live with 12.99% and theres nothing i can do about it. This in my book is illegal i have a contract of 10.99% and they have illegally raised this rate. I have contact Holzhauer about this issue and talked to Jim Thompson in the financing department and he looked up the paperwork i signed and was given and fully agreed it should of been adjusted to 10.99%. He said he contacted them on 07/25/07 and they told him they would lower it to 10.99%. I received a letter today 07/30/07 from HSBC stating that they cannot give me the 10.99% i have to stay at 12.99%. I want what my contract states of 10.99%!!
