HSBC bank appeare to have foreclosure on their agenda and not willing to work out a reasonable outcome to my mortgage crisis. Buffalo, N.Y. 14240, New York

I'm filing this report because i feel that HSBC bank is not working us on our loan modification in good faith. The agents that i talk to seem to be only interested in getting their money. There isn't any sympathy for the situation i'm currently in and don't seem to care. I really want to get a loan modification completed as soon as possible to avoid foreclosure because i do not want to loose my house. The bank disregards the decision made by the Supreme Court Judge in my devorce. My exwife has been released from any obligation in regards to my home and any debt that is connected to the devorce. A t.v. broadcast told of how banks are wanting their clients to default on their loans so as to collect on a more lucrative insurance policy. This is so heartless for this to happen to any person in such difficult times. I can only wish that this report will bring these greedy bankers to justice.
