HSBC BANK HSBC BANK is a SCAM! took money refuse to update... Carol , Illinois

i fall 180 days behind so they charged it off. due to a loss of a job i could not afford to pay the bill. After i got back on my feet i tried to make it right and paid the settlement in full. For them not to give me the credit for it. What crooks.  i got a letter in the mail willing to settle $230 they send me the letter we both agree to this amount  I sent payment $230 now they refuse to update credit report to say settled for less then owed. account is stuck with a charge off status after i settled this account they took my money for the account they had no problem taking my money why cant they update the info to the new true status. never do any more business with them crooks i have everything in righting and they refuse to honor it.  Still in dispute with equifax. have faxed them the proof.
