HSBC - Household Bank Company of lies programed rude incompedent beligerant employees and needs to be investigated ripoff Carol Stream Illinois

This company is reporting false inforatmation on my credit file and will not remove it? I have on 5 telephone conversations with reps of this company requseted any and all documents they claim I have signed, I have also sent 2 request by certified mail, they have provided NO contracts of any kind signed by me. My credit file is spotless with the exception of this entry and this entry has caused embaressment and higher interest rates for myself.

When I have tried to speak with reps of this company all I get is prepared responses and persons who speak over me and do not let me speak. The first time I called they would not discuss the problem with me stating that the account is not mine?; I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold and tha call went to voicemail? I called back and spoke with Barbara and Cathy both of which said "we cannot give you copies of any contracts because you are not on the account".

I sent a certified request that was ignoired! I called again on 6/21/07 spoke with Jerry, he says that I am on the contract and reffered me to Marcella. She said that she would send me a copy of the contract, I have received nothing!

When you first call this company they state that they may record the conversation, but when you tell them that you are in fact recording the call. they hang up?

Now this company is trying to repo a "atv" and have sent agents to my home, these agents have contacted business aquaintants of mine and told them that they are trying to repo this atv from me and offered these people $ to find out where the atv is? I HAVE NO ATV! I HAVE FINANCED NO ATV FROM THESE PEOPLE!

This is harrassment in its worst form! They have gone to My neighbors houses and made many phone calls!
This must stop!
