HSBC Mortgage Services Loose documents, increase payments on fixed rate mortgage, add questionable charges Buffalo, New York

Have ruined our credit rating with high (8.9%) interest rate on mortgage.  We cannot refinance becasue of low credit scores and are not eligible for any of Obama care plans because company is not Ameria based (based in Hong Kong).  Tried motgage modification but they cancelled that saying it was at our request  (?) and now we are trying to get another one but have been denied because they say they never got the documentation they asked for (all sent scertified and we have the return signed receipts).  We have the PA Dept. of Banking, the Federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, our two Federal Senators and a lawyer involved but with no progress.  All correspondance from HSBC makes absolutely no sense at all and even speaks of us filing bankrupsy (don't know where they got that from).  We would welcome media attention in this matter and would like to sue them for mental anguish if nothing else.
