HSBC Mortgage Services HSBC is disorganized and unresponsive to consumers Internet
HSBC finally admitted to having received the proper request on Friday 15 March 2013 and promised to send the payoff by early the next week. At that promise the closing was set for 21 March 2013. The payoff never came and we were forced to start the phone calls again. Again it was the run around, then someone said the payoff had already been sent to the Title Co. Check with them and they didn't receive it. Called again and now was told the payoff would be sent next week.
I do not recall ever working with a more disorganized and unprofessional company. If this continue this way, I am going to lose my buyer, the sale on the house will fail, and HSBCwill not get paid.
