HSBC - Orchard Bank Card Service OVER CHARGE ME FOR 8 TIMES WITH IN A MONTH SALINAS California

THE orchard bank charge me for more than 8 times with in a month. 3 times late fees which is $30 each time, 2 times chek by phone fee $15 every transaction, 3 times over the limit fee of $30 each time and 1 time for the statement copy fee of $2.98. emagin this, i did not even requist my billing statement to send to me but, they still charge me. i call them hundred of times and speak to the maneger and supervisor to remove the charges but, they still don't want to remove the charges.

i report them to the BBB. i hope they will do action against the HSBC or Orcharad bank. i was not happy about this, i really want to take legal action against HSBC and orchardbank. they are very ripoff at all. who ever read this i wount recomend the HSBC or Orchard bank. they are pain in the a*s. they want you money by stilling from you. they are full of sh**...i realy hope that company will go for bankcrapcy. the costomer service they have is sacks, they cant understand english and can't speak english at all. this can couse miss understanding if you want to solve the problem. it make the problem worst because of there customer service is sucks. i hate them.
