I purchased a motorcycle from Suzuki in 2008 at a low interest rate for the 1st two years and in April it went up to 19.99% making my monthly payment from $129 to $478. I have called customer service, which by the way have no sympathy or consideration for the customer and are nasty, and they said that there is nothing they can do. They will not reduce the interest or make any type of arrangements with you. I was told that if I stop making payments they will come repo the motorcycle or I can give up the motorcycle and they will put it up for auction and for whatever amount they sell it for will be applied to the account less any fees they wish to apply. But I will still be responsible for the remaining balance, therefore, whatever way you look at it they win. Am currently paying $301 in interest alone. I have placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company is taking advantage of their customers and should be stopped.....
