I bought a suite of dining room furniture from Storehouse two weeks before it went bankrupt. I have sent HSBC numerous letters, two certified mail/return receipt requested, and all I hear is that they are "investigating" my complaint. They continue to report to the credit bureau and no one coherent answers the phone. I have filed two online complaints with the FTC and am prepared to sue them if they initiate collection efforts.
