HSBC DID NOT REPORT MY MORTGAGE TO C.B. FOR 7 YEARS!!!! New York , New York

My credit score has been raped and I don't know what the he'll to do about it!
- First off get rid of the rape reference.  You by no means were raped and that "over the top" statement doesn't add anything to your report.

Second as to what you can do..well not really a whole lot.

There is no law that requires a company to report to your credit reports.  The only requirement is that if they report, they report it accurately.  Does it suck that they don't show up on your credit report..yep and admittedly it is odd that a Mortgage is not on your credit.

So on that, have you called HSBC to find out why?  Perhaps they have incorrect information?

Have you checked all of your credit reports to see if it shows up on any of them?

Is there other people on the loan, and if so is this on their credit report?

Also, as another item.  Even if it is on your credit report there is NO guarantee that you would be able to refinance because your score is only part of the requirement.  Your income, and value of the house are two other very important items that determine if you can get approved or not.  You could have excellent credit but if you don't have the income to "back it up", you will get denied.
