I joined HTDI Financial to help me help my clients. I would submit clients but only a hand full of disputes would be handled and some would be left untouched. I refuse to work with a company that takes my money and clients trust in me lightly so I terminated my contract. Their response was that the contract I signed is never ending and it renews upon submission of new clients and the minimum requirement of 3 clients a month gets extended no matter what happens and only they can terminate the agreement.

Since my refusal to pay them, I've been sent to collections which I disputed. Then they responded with this letter to me.

Hovsep,
We received your letter of dispute of the bill for $3600. We've sent all applicable information to the collection agency and forwarding attorney's office. In your dispute, you stated you planned on filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office as well as the FTC. In doing this, you will probably be investigated by them for violations of the Credit Repair Organizations Act. We have also prepared a report of actions of 24/7 ACR and its owner, Hovsep Semerdjian, about the immediate and sudden closure of its business and possible fraudulent activity with its clients.

We will also be contacting all the clients that were enrolled under 24/7 ACR requesting statements of how their service was with your company to ensure they were satisfied for your protection and theirs.

If you have any further questions or concerns you may contact your old Account Executive at 877-877-4834 x706

I am currently taking care of my clients free of charge because they trust me to do the right thing. If anyone out there is looking for a Credit Repair Company to do the backend work for them there are plenty of other companies out there that are more interested in your success. Don't fall in to any scams like this.

AUTHOR: Benjamin - (United States of America)

I think its actually called NACSO (National Assoc of Credit Services Organizations) Again they are totally self appointed although their name might try to give the impression that they are a government agency also - ie: "Compliance Officer". They also demanded during their initial email to them that I give them copies of my company's documents - until I let them know that I knew thye had no government or legal authority and told them to take a hike. No one should let themselves be intimidated by these people. I hope other credit repair companies who have had experiences similar to mine reply.

I noticed Dominics response to Hosef was to basically tell him that if he reported them to the Attorney General's office that he would be investigated by them. What kind of people are HTDI? Anyone reading this should be able to fill in the blank.

Threats by HDTI

AUTHOR: Benjamin - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, September 04, 2010

My first experience with Dominic Compasano - and his crew was through his so-called & self appointed National Association of Credit Organizations NASCO. Long story short - the sent me an email from their so-called "Compliance Officer" and when I told them I wasn't interested in their membership which they charged $99 or so for I was bombarded by about 20 threatening emails - threatening to turn me into the FTC. Then they telephoned me several times. Each time I told them not to call again.

Recently I started receiving emails from HTDI advertising something that they were doing. Each time I replied by typing "Remove from List" in the subject line. After about the third time - I wrote them and told them they were violating the law. They responded by telling me that they were not violating the law and by insulting me. WHen I called their office I was rather ticked off. The guy who answered the phone was one who tried to steal my list of referring agents previously. To make a long story short - I received no apologies and all they had were excuses for being total idiots & jerks.

I just stopped doing credit repairs although during the time my company was doing repairs we helped a lot of people tremendously. I would never consider employing any type of automated service and would especially not consider doing business with HTDI.

If the site allows me the picture you will see posted is Dominic Compasano's.

The owner is a you know what, but 80% of my clients are looking great. I question why sometimes things do not get removed, but then I compliment on other clients for removing so much on off the 1st cycle. I know it must be touch dealing with dominic, because he ia grouch. Overal, I give them an A-, but I am happy with them. There are only a few things they can honestly improve on. I would have to say the error honestly has to fall on your side. We follow their rules, and we honestly have great success.

Hovsep refused to pay for services and told us he was shutting 24/7 ACR down.

AUTHOR: Dominic - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 12, 2008

We tried to work with Hovsep on this and he IMd his account executive and said that he could not pay for his monthly service fees and we "had to do what we had to do".

When a company starts up, like 24/7 ACR and then immediately shuts down it's service for financial irresponsibility, it raises red flags. Hovsep, owner of 24/7 ACR refused to work with us on his monthly fees for services and was ultimately canceled due to contract violations. A simple 6 month commitment from date of last enrolment ensure clients are taken care of. 24/7 ACR shut down it's operations and violated its trust with us and its clients.

Hovsep is not working on his client files for free, he accepted money from his clients. 24/7 ACR is currently under investigation for possible Credit Repair Organizations Act violations.

This Rip Off Report is a way for Hovsep to pretend he is not at fault. Anyone that wants further clarification is more than welcome to contact us direct.

Also, Hovsep is trying to replicate our systems on semcofinancial.com
http://semcofinancial.com/site_info.php?siid=79

Beward of doing business with a company that has a history of being financially irresponsible and unable to pay his bills.

Any client that was frauded by 24/7 ACR please contact us immediately. 877-877-4834
