It is quite simple. I've heard that http://paypaltoskrill.com/ was a rip-off expert, pretending the clients make mistakes during the order process, then cancelling the order and delaying the return of the funds. Sometimes they just keep the money for good.

I thought to give it a try and confirm or refute the suspicions.

They offer to send money from your balance in PAYPAL to SKRILL (Moneybookers) or viceversa for a 1%l fee and within a few minutes.

In this case, the order was to transfer money from PAYPAL to SKRILL.

I sent the payment. Nothing happened (no confirmation nor further instruccions) so I contacted the customer service via chat on the website. They told me I made a mistake with the mesage/additional information within the payment transfer. Then they told me that they had to make the transfer manually, so it will be completed in 4-5 hours, not immediately. I specifically ask if the transfer could be completed or not. They told me, yes of course.

Hours later, no confirmation no transfer no nothing. I came back to the customer support chat and now they told me that my order was cancelled and they will refund my money in a period of 15 DAYS. Of course I reminded them that they told me there was no problem and that they will send the transfer. The response was different from the one earlier on the da. I asked why they take 15 DAYS to returning the money. And they have no strong answer. They haven't a good answer for any given question.

I'll wait and see if they return the money or not. Even with the refund, they control your money during 2 weeks and they can make profits with it. It's pretty clear.

Final thoughts: A rip-off "service". The warnings were accurate. Don't use it.

With some friends, I will investigate the source/founder/webmaster etc. and I will try to put them out of business. I'll promise to update this case in the next weeks.
