Complete SCAM. I do believe in HCG as a weightloss aid. I have used drops in the past and wanted to try the injections. I found this website USHCGINJECTIONS.COM and decided to give it a go. I bought the 56-day kit which cost roughly $256+. There are two vials that are in the box. The two vials are supposed to last 28 days each. When mixing the HCG vials to activate the ingredients, you are directed to their website for all instructions. The complete dosage instructions, mixing etc are all listed. Since this is something I was injecting in my body, you better believe I followed every direction to the "t." It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to measure anything. Needless to say, I followed the directions day in and day out until the 14th day. The 14th day, my entire first vial was gone. OUT! Thinking that perhaps the order was incorrect and I only received the 1st 28 days of my order rather than 56, I emailed the company to figure out what happened. *Note -- from the time I received my package, then started my dosage, and to the time I sent out my email, a max of 16 days may have passed, there is no room for me to have tried to "one-up" the company to try and get an extra vile.

I send the email out explaining what the issue was. No response to my email.

So I called the next day. I spoke with a shipping manager who explained to me it was my fault. That I must have done something wrong. I then spoke with a customer service rep that said the same thing. Then I was directed to the Sales Manager. He called me back the next day. Missed his call. Then I called him back at the end of the week, left a message for him to call me back. The following week, no answer. I called again at the end of the week. The following week, no answer. About 3+ weeks had gone by. I finally got a hold of him. The conversation was basically this -- "you cant argue with math." That's correct. You CANT argue with math BUT you sure can argue with stupidity and those that lack common sense or logic. The point is this -- if I am following instructions given by a website, by the company, exactly to the T, and my vial lasts only 14 days, then there must have been something faulty with the product. I was told OVER and OVER again that it was a user-error. That I was overdosing. That I must have mixed the vial incorrectly. That the vial must have been sitting in my fridge on its side etc. et.c The list could go on of their assumptions of what I must have done incorrectly. The facts are this -- I know exactly what I followed. I followed the website. I'm not some uneducated person that does not know how to do math or measure a syringe. If in the case that I was overdosing, in order for me to run out exactly on the 14th day of use, I would have had to DOUBLE my dosage. Meaning, rather than using .17ml of the recommended dose, I would have had to do .34ml (the syringe doesn't even measure up that much). Or do two injections a day -- which is not even advised once. SO, being that this is my first time injecting anything, WHY oh WHY would I go outside what is recommended?!  It was a complete slap on the face the conversation I had with the sales manager. He was completely smug in saying he was not accusing me of anything but, said the only way that the bottle could have lasted 14 days is that I was doing it wrong. He of course was accusing me of incorrectly using the dosage. If I was incorrectly dosing, why wouldnt the vial run out on the 16th day or the 19th day? Why the 14th? It seemed too fishy. He completed insulted my intelligence.

I am however, a smart consumer that spent $250+ on a product that is only delivering 1/2 of what was promised to me. If anything, my money is being stolen and outraged for being scammed by a website calling itself credible. Just because one says they are credible does not mean that they are in fact credible.

You ever go to a restaurant and order steak and they give you the fish? Or perhaps order a medium shirt online and they give you a small? What happens? You correct the mistake and either ask for a refund or a replacement. I called and the only answer I got is that they don't provide refunds or wont provide additional HCG to make up for what was missing. So, I learned my lesson. NEVER buy from USHCGINJECTIONS.COM EVER AGAIN. They totally ripped my money off. Stole from me and did not give a crap. There answer was this -- it was my fault. How else can they explain their scam? They have their "buyer beware" conditions listed on the website to cover their butt, which should have been the first indication that they are out to get money and don't care about the consumer at all. The sad thing is, the product worked just fine for me during those 14 days, that, had they properly taken care of my INVENTORY issue, they would have kept me as a paying consumer.

User Error

These are the facts of this situation, these are not opinions and also not debatable.

The customer simply did not follow instructions, it is that simple. We have served thousands of customers and the product has been consistent every single time as you would expect from a product such as this.

When ordering a kit the customer recieves a vial of the hcg and they receive a vial of Bacteriostatic water, at that point the hcg and water are mixed for the product to be able to be used. If instructions are followed the customer will have 28 shots worth of product per vial, this is consistent with the dosage and the amount of draws that can be pulled from each vial if they are using the amount suggested.

All the hcg vials are the same size, that is a fact the amount of bac water provided is more than enough to fill a vial, so if that is the case how is it even possible to have half the volume that all of our thousands of other customers received?

The fact is it is not possible, this is 100% user error and the customer even mentioned on one of the calls "So it is MY fault that I may have done a few injections wrong?"

We have attempted to deal with the customer several times but the unreasonable demands of sending new product for free or offering a refund is not an option, this is clearly the customer not following instructions then trying to lay blame at the feet of the company.

The simple fact is this customer received exactly the same product in the same volume as thousands of other customers yet this customer managed to use the product in half the time. This is not our fault and opening a rip off report is not warranted nor accurate.

If any customers or potential customers want to discuss the issue, feel free to call us and feel free to visit our site and read all of the positive feedback. We also have links to our facebook page and forum on the site if you want some feedback or answers to your questions.
