I "agreed" to pay a $1.00 fee to to conduct an historical records search for me. After inputting information that I immediately thought inappropriate, the site started the search, which lasted over seven (7) minutes. Suspicion rising...

Finally a screen appeared stating I had been charged the agreed $1.00 AND $19.95, which had never been mentioned and I HAD NOT AGREED TO PAY.

To cap all of this off: I NEVER RECEIVED THE REPORT.


I called my bank and cancelled the transaction.
