I purchase a product Matthew Woodward sales online called PBN (Private Blog Network). I was paying for the product with 3 monthly payments of $99. I paid the first payment on 11/8/15. I have been going over parts of the program, but I do not feel confident finding good domains. This is why I emailed support on 12/6/15 asking for a refund. I emailed again a few days later about a refund. A couple of days ago I sent him a private message via facebook and he did not reply. Today 12/23/15 I left a posted a message in the private facebook group and the message has been removed, but he will not contact me about my refund.

I do not know what the deal is with this person. He has over 300 members at $300 and he will not honor his 30 day refund policy. I have bought numerous products because of him and spent around $500-$1,000 in the past year, but I will not buy anything else that he has control over after this performace. He will not respond to my refund request.
