On March 25, I ordered a product and paid through Pay Pal, I paid for priority post 2 day shipping.

By March 29th I still did not receive the package. I sent them an email, and did not get a response.

Two days later after checking our Mail box still nothing so I went to the company site and called the number and left a message, I then sent another email. I then received we will get back to you email.
I waited two more days then called the number and threatened to have them investigated.They gave me some song and dance excuse via email and stated they would get me a tracking number.. Two days later I had to call and leave them another message as they were not responding to any questions or calls from me. By now I was very frustrated.

Finally today I get an email giving me the tracking number stating that the post had tried to deliver the package but I was not home that is another lie as we do not have postal service to our door in our small town.. they also blasted me in the email for being a bad human being to get upset and agitated by their service.. I recommend that no one use this company. They do not put customer service first. and of course lied about things. They are a poor excuse for an online company. I always get a tracking number from online company's when I purchase things. This company is not a good company and should be boycotted. I have yet to go to the Mail..and I am not holding my breath that it is there. lo
