Is a telephone company similar to other secondary company's using BT openreach to sell on phone and broadband related services.
There services are truly appalling and they have been forcing business owners all over the UK to let them take over your contract.
After they do this BT or any other provider will send you bill which is obove board for breaking a contract early.
You will get very heavy terminatin charges for leaving which UNICOM say they will use their "legal team' to stop these costs.
This is never the case as you cannot let a third party speak on your behalf so is complete nonsence.
You will then be almost help to ransom and you can choose to stay on with UNICOM and pay your way out of BT and then move provider. Or you can try and leave and then UNICOM will precue you for canceling there new contract!
You can get out of this by using BTs legal team and you will have to fight.
From here you can drop the charges and not loose out to this dreadfully unethical company.
They have several ongoing cases and are currently being reviewed by their regulator.
Be warned do not let this company continue in this Illegal manner.
