The person that filed this report has filed numerson false complaints againts the company I work for as a purchasing agent. My employer Joe De'Marco has had a multiple elctrical and fire code volations filed against him by the person who filed this complaint.

He has also had a Personal Protective order filed by the complaintent from the Detroit, Michigan area. Our company does not even have a Detroit location. The problem associated with pursuing or stopping a bully like Hubcapjoes (Joseph J De Marco) through civil action is that, even if you're successful and a judge or jury rules in your favor, it can be difficult to determine an appropriate damage amount against him.
