HubSpot HubSpot, Bad service, unreasonable contracts Internet

A contract was entered with Hubspot by an employee that is no longer with the company. Upon the departure of this employee, we found that we have no need and no use for the services that hubspot provides. After multiple contacts with the company we have been informed that there is no way to exit the contract and that we are forced to pay hundreds of dollars every month for a service that is not being used AT ALL.

In the original sales pitch from Hubspot led us to believe that there was no contract and we could end the service at any time. Now we have to pay good money for a service that has no value and only gives us information that is available for free from a number of public sources.

I do not recommend any one to do business with this company, as they are just charging for information that is readily available for free from many sources.
