#2 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Hudrix and A2Z not paying
AUTHOR: Vicki Knedgen - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, April 24, 2012
I have personally worked with Hudrix and A2Z. At no time have I seen A2Z not pay for orders they have invoiced out, nor have I seen Rick Little Jr not pay out when funds are sent in. Chris Selof is doing her job by charging late fees, as per a contract that should have been read through carefully, and A2Z is doing their job by sending people out on no charge orders when the orders are not completed properly to begin with. If you cannot understand how quickly funds go away when orders are late, or done wrong, then preservation is not where you need to be. Be very careful to point fingers about missing pay, and how much you are owed, when in reality, you signed a contract, and agreed to not be paid if you were in default of your contract to begin with.
And I keep hearing this phrase, "The check is in the mail" coming up more and more about different preservation companies. Simply put, nobody uses that anymore. Most of us have the technology to pay people under direct deposit. And most of us have an account of some kind to have those deposits placed. Everyone needs to realize preservation is hard to work with, and even harder on pay. This is one kind of business that I would have to say that old phrase of "If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen". It's tough to break into, and even tougher to hold on to. If you don't know what you are doing, and what is expected of you, most people think that a quick grass cut and a wipe down job inside is acceptable.
And, again, seeing the line saying "I have put liens on all properties I've completed work for"...again, a direct violation of your contract, and any other contractor that works for large clients. Take it to small claims court and see what happens, instead of going and making us have a harder time trying to sell these homes. The whole name of the game is to get these homes on the market to pump up the selling instead of letting homes deteriorate and waste tax dollars. Generating funds is crucial, so waste your money on taking it legally, instead of lying about what you probably haven't done to get money you probably haven't earned. Other than wasting gas, time and other people's resources, you probably didn't get your jobs submitted on time and gave Hudrix the run around on why you were late, yet demanded payment when you knew you were supposed to be paid. And if you were late, you personally would have put the payment coming in to them, and you, late. Again, people need to wake up and learn preservation before they sign a contract blind and expect pay for less than sub-standard work.
Anyone can look up my name and see I've had these same reports posted about me, yet I defend myself. I don't see where blasting a good company like A2Z is going to help anyone involved, other than for you to complain on a permanent record that won't follow you around for years. Get off the kick of complaining about clients in this field period. They follow their rules, we follow ours, and if everyone were to do as they are told to do (OR READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY), nobody would post anything rude or damaging at all.

Reverse lookup their address and it points to a rented mailbox at a UPS Store. Always a bad sign. Check with the local police and see if they qualify for 'theft of services' charges.
