hudson auction, hudson auction house peoria arizona made false acusations,to get out off paying my deposit back, tricky method to sell a washer and dryer to get double the money of bid refused to hear me out and avoid me for 3 days peoria, Arizona

i attended a auction on april 6,2012 at hudson aution house in peoria arizona , the floor person who shows the items of consigning people, was roughly aggrsive in the way he handled the merchanize for show  was tripping and stumbling , tossing it like he was angry or not in the right state of mind to present hisself  profissonal manner. he almost dropped a heavy item on the customer in front of me to were he had to duct away very distracting. when the washer and dryer were up next he turned his back away and sounded like he muddered .we sould sell these together which i thought it ment as one ! the auctoner never explained anything beyound that ! i won the bid then he added 90.00 x two! which i caught up with the girl making the report if that was 90 paid twice and she nodded yes and walked away quickly , so i went to the girl up at the ticket desk and told her i didnt approve of  the amount and wanted to speak to someone they said to wait i did and no one would give a chance  to resolve the issue i left ,and called them from my home and asked for them to put the machines back up for sell and was told it was to late come back tomorrow. i did no one was avilable till 400 pm waited noon, called back waited till mon. and the maniger said i was aggrsive with his counter girl , which i wasnt! and that i sould have said something the time of the auction or the next day! said i;m not getting my deposit back as he was lead me back out the door!

 i was going to suck it up and go ahead and pay the price they asked till they uased that statement about me being mean to his family and egnoring me for three days! this business is very money hugry and will use strange tactics to get out of paying a customer back his hard earn money , spent a lot of money at this business and have alot of friends in the resell business that are floored by this mans trickery to get out of paying a refund!!
