I have sent letters to the Attorney General and BBB regarding the overbilling and unauthorized charges on my credit card from this company, no help. I have spent countless hours on the phone, writing letters, sending emails and "tweaking" my system. If there was any other way to get internet here I would unfortunately they can call all the shots in the rural areas. My advice to anyone considering this company, think long and hard before you do.
