Hughes Net Abused authorization of my credit card and billed account for more then monthly fees! Internet

Hughes Net is a joke. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. When my husband went to check our account he noticed that Hughes Net had billed us $207.23 for the months service. Our monthly fee is suppose to be around $80. When contacting the company that told me that they incorrectly billed me the previous month and are now making up for those mistakes. I told them this was abuse of my account. They should not be allowed to back bill me without letting me know. This made my account overdrawn, and all they can say is that I am responsible for my bill and I did not pay on time. This is a complete joke being that I was on automatic bill pay. What keeps them from charging my account $1000 if they wanted. There has to be rights as a consumer. They should not be allowed to dip into my account and take whatever amount they choose whenever they want.

Oh and by the way as a "curtesy" they credited my account 1.99 for three days. WOOOPEEEE!

In my mind they have committed fraud. I never gave them authorization for more than my contracted per month amount! But wait I don't even have a contract from them!
