They lie to get you to sign up! They so not tell you they charge you by how much you use! They give you 30 days to cancel, but they won't cancel! They will promise you free internet and then charge you after the 30 days! 

The service is the worst ever! Slower than dial up! Can't watch videos or movies! No internet phone will work! Service sucks so bad! Worst choice I ever made in my life! I'm in a 2 yr contract that I hate!

We do not charge based on how much you you use however, there are data allowances associated with each one of our plans. You should have also disucussed plan details with your sales agent when you initially ordered your service. I'd like to review your sales call to see what was discussed.
