Complaint Review: Hughes Network Systems, Inc
Hughes Network Systems, Inc bought service based on working with vonage, due to latency vonage will not interface with Hughes service Internet
Hughes sales provider, Red Ventures sold me the service. Specifically asked if would work with Vonage. After internet was installed Vonage would not work. Spoke with Vonage Technical help who then with me on the phone contacted Hughes Technical Help found out the latency on Hughes was too high and would not work with Vonage. I then cancelled service and had dish removed. Contacted credit card company and disputed charge. Credit Card side with me and credited the charge back. Hughes then billed me direct and then forwarded on to collection agency. Contacted Hughes billing and was told I had to speak with the Hughes Sales group, Red Venture to get a copy of the sales call or avadavit of the call. I intitially contacted Sales on Feb 2 as called 3 to 4 more times, latest call 3/30. To date I have not got a return call from Hughes Sales dept.
