I have been a Hughes net customer in Texas for over a year and a half now and have still 10 months left on my account before I will definitely be cancelling my service. After repeated attempts to get transferred to "T1" supervisors, and asking for corporate information, I find myself hung-up on only to call back at my expense. And what is with this foreign country telling me I can't curse. Who are they, "My Mother"? Why is it that they can record you, but they refuse to be recorded and will hang up on you? What gives. Looks like they have something to hide there. The law states that a business does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy if they are offering a service to customers who are paying for that service. So why are they hanging up on us? The answer is going to be found out as It is taking a letter to the FTC and the Congressing inquiry of their head quarters office for piss poor service, refusal to correct their problem, and refusal to refund me the SLOW service that doesn't even reach a "guaranteed service as required by their providers contract. 92KiloByte3s is hardly any service. Heck Dial up is faster. This has been going on for over a year. After being on hold for hours I finally got nothing and the phone hung up on me. Here is a good idea to all with HUGHES NET. Lets start a law suit against this corrupt company and sue the crap out of them for bad service that is promised in the beginning but they never give what they promise, except they take your money. I think this is fair. They might be an LLC, but no one in business or personal is untouchable. I say we go to the supreme court to have them removed as a service provider and have them return every red cent they have basically stolen from us all. Fair enough if you ask me.
