I ordered a FREE sample of Hydroderm anti aging serum, paying for shipping only.

About 6 weeks later as I was looking at my bank account I see that I have been charged with no autorization $54.17 for something I did not order.

I contacted my bank right away and since the charges are "pending" I have to wait until they actually "post" to my account before a report can be made.
I was told by the bank that I would get my money back and supposedly this company will be blocked from ever being able to do this to me again.

My fear is as I have been reading some other reports on this same situation is that the company uses differnt names to bill people.

I hope I don't have to cancel my debit card, but if that is what it takes to get these scoundrels out of my lif so be it!

LHD LoveHydroDerm tried 14 free-trial..was bill $120 to my credit card..when I called they said I was supposed to contact to cancel after trial..their website stated to call if you wanted to renew..when I spoke to rep, she said she could only give me back 25%..i argued..she then said 50%..I argued more and she said100% would be re-imbursed..I will believe it when I see it..told her I was reporting this as I have read many complaints on-line about their underhanded tactics! Hydroderm They falsely advertised free samples, only charging shipping but ended up charging my account 236.28 for two very tiny bottles. I cancelled as soon as the product arrived. What they don't tell you is that if you don't want to be charged you have to return the product, paying the return postage within 30 days. This you find out after they have charged your account the full price. This is thievery. Maine

Hydroderm they offered me free samples for the cost of postage. I did not receive the goods but my bank account was debited for two lots of postage and over $200 Australian dollars for the goods!!! I dont know but USA
